Here’s my third novel, ‘The Spellbound Spindle’, free for you to read.

I started writing this retelling of ‘Sleeping Beauty’ back in 2003/04, questioning how much the couple in the fairy tale had a ‘happily ever after’ as they barely knew each other.

I know that’s how royal marriages worked back in the day, but as this was one of my favourite fairy tales growing up, I wanted to give it more meaning, if that makes sense.
