Time For A Change

First, an apology as I know I said regular service would resume after a couple of weeks. Seeing as how there’s a dearth of jobs at the moment, especially it seems for those in their 50s who’ve been out of the job market for 20-odd years, I’ve decided to be pro-active and have signed up for an online course.

It’s the fantastic B School, run by Marie Forleo. I’ve never thought of myself as having any interest in business whatsoever, but she presents it in such a fun way that I am thoroughly enjoying myself. So much so that, even though it allows you to work at your own pace, it’s proving interesting enough that I want to finish it as soon as I can.

Some of the things that I’m learning, I plan to implement on the website. I’ve already started making a few changes to it. The great thing about Squarespace (which I’ve used to build my website) – it allows you to make changes ‘behind the scenes’ without affecting the look of your site until you’re ready for those changes to be seen.

I’ll still post on Fridays, as I have been doing, and keep you updated on my progress. I hope you’ll stick around to see how it all works out as I'd love to be able to share it with you.
