Fantastic Friday - 'Be Yourself' Quotes

Having spent most of my life trying to please others, being who I thought they wanted me to be, mainly to ‘keep the peace’ and all that malarkey, I’ve realised that that is no way to live.  It’s time to be my true, authentic self.  The ones who, time and again, inspire me to do just that – my beautiful sons.  Every day of their lives, they are totally themselves and make no apologies for it.  They are proud to be their true selves.  Though how they got the hang of it with a mother who was so busy hiding her ‘self’ is beyond me!
