Favourites on Friday - Soothing Pocket of Nature
Okay, I know I said I’d probably be renaming this, but I honestly cannot think of anything else that would fit the eclectic mix of stuff I’ll be posting on a Friday. So it will remain ‘Favourites on Friday’ … unless anyone can come up with a more interesting suggestion.
I drive past this beautiful piece of land on the stable run at least 5 times a week. It has never occurred to me to stop and check it out; I think it’s mainly used by dog walkers. On one side of the road is all this nature, and on the other side are houses. Decided I would stop and check it out yesterday before going to get Liam from the stables – he works a half-day on Thursday – and made sure I had trusty camera with me.

I wonder if the people who live opposite appreciate how lucky they are to have this on their doorstep.
